- SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
In this section, we inform you about what personal data we process about you. For your convenience, this section is divided according to the purposes of data processing. For each data processing purpose, the legal basis that enables the processing is also listed. The legal basis is based on Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.1. Responding to requests, questions and suggestions
When you contact us with a request, question or suggestion, we may ask for certain data about you or your company. Such data may include, for example:
a) surname, first name,
b) address,
c) company name,
d) registered office of the company,
e) company registration number and tax number,
f) telephone number,
g) email address.
We use the data you provide to contact you and provide the information you have requested. Providing your personal data is necessary in order to respond to your requests and questions or to provide the necessary information; without it, we may not be able to respond to you.
The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest, which is necessary for handling your requests, needs and suggestions.
- WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The sharing of personal data within the Group, which is entirely based in the EU, for internal administrative and operational purposes is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely legitimate interest, in accordance with Recital 48 of the GDPR.
Such sharing of your personal data is subject to an intra-group data sharing and data processing agreement, which defines the shared and individual data protection responsibilities within the Group, including in the event of a data breach; the responsibilities of the members of the Group towards you as a data subject, especially in the exercise of your rights; the special obligations of the lead data controller responsible for group-wide coordination in data protection matters within the Group; responsibilities towards data protection authorities; the responsibility of Group members for any processing of personal data; and the confidentiality of data within the Group. Your personal data will only be disclosed to authorised employees and cooperating persons, as well as individual contractual data processors or other data controllers, but only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the relevant purposes and on the basis of an appropriate legal ground for the processing of personal data.

- DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data for as long as we provide our services to you, perform a contract, or for as long as necessary to comply with archiving or other applicable legal obligations, for example obligations under the Act on the Rules of Taxation, the Accounting Act, or the Act on Value Added Tax.
After the performance of the contract, including payment of the purchase price and delivery of the goods, we will continue to process your personal data for as long as necessary to protect our legitimate interests and claims, but for no longer than 4 years.

- YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
a) the right of access to personal data;
b) the right to rectification;
c) the right to erasure, also known as the “right to be forgotten”;
d) the right to restriction of processing;
e) the right to object to processing; and
f) the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.

You are also entitled to an effective judicial remedy if the competent supervisory authority does not deal with your complaint or does not inform you within three months about the progress or outcome of the procedure relating to the complaint submitted. In addition to the above, you are also entitled to effective judicial remedy.
Such proceedings fall within the jurisdiction of the regional court and may also be initiated, at your choice, before the regional court having jurisdiction over your place of residence or place of stay. 9.1. Right of access
You may request confirmation from us at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, for what purpose, to what extent, whether joint processing or data transfer takes place, how long we process the data, from where we obtained the personal data, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out on the basis of the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to receive a copy of your personal data. The first copy is provided free of charge; for further copies, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee.
9.2. Right to rectification
You may request the rectification or completion of your personal data at any time if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
9.3. Right to erasure
We must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by law.
9.4. Right to restriction of processing
Until we resolve issues relating to the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that it can only be stored and, where applicable, used for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
9.5. Right to object
